There's no need to. It's an attack piece. That stuff is rampant across all social media platforms. Are you gonna deny that? Some writer that hates Elon gets some ammo and runs with it. Has that same writer ever hit Snap-Chat or FB? Tik-Tok? I don't know... but the fact remains, this is far from being the sole-purvey of Twitter-2. There's probably hundreds of similar stories that occurred on Twitter-1 long before Elon.

Soooo.... Twitter responded immediately. Problem was, they were given the wrong account. It took the cops 20 days to get an amended warrant. After that, there is "no comment" from the cops or Twitter. It looks to me like it wasn't Twitter that dropped the ball here. Also.... Twitter reacted immediately when the AMBER alert went out. The initial search warrant, however, listed an account name that doesn’t appear to have ever existed on Twitter. The suspect’s primary Twitter account appears to have been @HunterFloofyFox. But the initial search warrant requested records related to the account @HunterFluffyFox. A request for a second, corrected warrant was submitted to a judge 20 days later. What happened between the issuance of the first warrant and the issuance of the corrected warrant is not entirely clear given gaps in information provided by Twitter and police, but the McConneys said the time wasted could have been crucial to the prevention of the teen’s eventual abduction

So the cops messed up the warrant... , this lady was clueless as to what her kid was doing despite the fact that she "paid attention" (but had never heard of Telegraph, WhatsApp, or Discord )... and it's all Elon's fault. Got it. When the dust settles here... lets circle back and see what the time lag was between the second warrant and Twitter's response. I have a feeling it will be the appropriate response time. No statement from the police for one reason and one reason only... they f'd up. Not Twitter.
