Today's SpaceX launch demonstrates great similarity with Musk's Twitter 2.0

The reality is that space exploration involves risk. However Musk is rushing equipment to be launched before it is ready -- hence all the booms and failures. Based on past history Elon Musk is probably not listening to his engineers -- probably telling them he knows better than them. Hence the results.

If Musk was more humble in his public explanations stating "that space exploration involves risks and sometimes these failures happen. We will work to fix the problems and make our next launch successful" -- instead of spewing continual bullshiat about his greatness and vision while insulting his competitors -- it would serve the SpaceX efforts much better.

Sadly the flawed management mindset Musk demonstrated at Twitter is the same thing he does at SpaceX.
