Yeah I saw that too. Kinda weak really. This however... i'm sure safeguards were already in place when he bought the company. Not my forte, but I wouldn't be surprised if that happened courtesy of an inside job at the hands of a hater that still works there. No mention of any kind of hack soooo... again not my forte but that sure seems odd. Plus who the f would use something like TWTR to post nude pictures of themselves anyway? Even if it was private. Stupid if you ask me. They kinda are already. Watch a few hours of MSNBC.
Basically the entire internet sets Elon straight -- and calls bullshiat on his nonsense. Subsidy-Loving Elon Musk Roasted Over Call to ‘Defund NPR’: ‘Tesla Gets More Funding and Grants from the Government’ https://www.mediaite.com/news/subsi...-more-funding-and-grants-from-the-government/
Some of those arguments that the haters use do not really work though. Elon gets some federal funding and credits related to electric vehicle development and specific government projects. And if NPR wanted to argue that they just get their fair share of federal funding available media outlets or because they were doing a special project for Voice of America or something that would be one thing. But that is not true is it? They are singled out for special funding by the government. You selectively read and view Elon material that appeals to your hater goals. Actually the roasting going around the internet and the media today is the roasting that Elon gave a BBC interviewer. Brutal. Elon reduced him to shreds. Maybe you already posted it because you are a full-time Elon follower. On the other hand, you may very well have selected it out because it does not meet your hater goals. So I will post it here. I can't always read back through threads to see what has been posted. Guys, this video is only five minutes long and Elon gives this twit a major spanking. Not to be missed.
"NPR does not receive any direct federal funding, it does receive a small number of competitive grants from CPB and federal agencies like the Department of Education and the Department of Commerce. This funding amounts amounted to less than 0.1% of revenues." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NPR So how much federal money has subsidy-loving Elon Musk received from the federal government? Oh... it is is several orders of magnitude greater than NPR. It is time to defund Tesla --- considering how embedded the company is with Chinese interests, no U.S. federal money should be provided to it
AOC has a Tesla. You guys were all okay with Elon and Tesla until he said that he leaned republican now. As discussed, Elon could solve all his problems with the left is he came out supported Biden for president and registered as a dem. Just a couple short years ago he was the visionary darling of the lefties. You guys are all political hacks.
So you have nothing to say about NPR taking basically no federal money -- and Musk taking piles of federal money. Rather than re-directing, maybe you should address the topic.
I absolutely addressed that above. My answer was not convenient for you. And I am not going to go repetitive while you play dumb. The distinction has been set forth. You have gotten quite a bit of Elon hating in today. Maybe give it a rest and present some new material tomorrow. Set your alarm as always so that no one gets ahead of you with some hater material. We know you can do it.
It is really disturbing, basically the psychology of totalitarianism. If you support the "wrong" party you are "evil". I have just rejoined Twitter and I think they have made some improvements to the algorithm. It seems like my feed is pushing me interesting things after rejecting things that did not interest me.
Currently your Twitter feed ("For You") does not display tweets from people you follow. It primarily promotes tweets from right-wing pundits, hate promoters, paid blue checkmark clowns, and Musk. If this is what interests you... rather than people you actually follow, then so be it.
Doesn't do that for me. Does financial (fintwit) stuff and other interests I tend to click on. The reason yours does that is because you obsess and fixate about this content so often and click on it, the algo thinks you're interested in it.
