  1. What a joke! :p You have $27k in trading capital and you're worried about people piggy-backing on your trades and taking away some imaginary edge you think you have?

If you need an ET journal in order to give you self-discipline, you'll soon blow up.

You might find it interesting that most of the best traders that have come along ET over the years shared freely of their knowledge and their experience, knowing that the market is always much larger than they are, and in helping others, they improve their own trading.

But it sounds like you need a whole lot more experience under your belt before you understand concepts like that.

Good luck on your path to riches. :D

P.S. A better method for bringing self-discipline is to find a trading partner or two to work with (and who you trust).

  3. i could give a shit if people knew what i was trading. hell i've got 140+ traders at my office that know exactly what i am trading everyday. it's not like it changes anything i do. you average almost a trade a minute so it's not like anyone is going to be able to replicate what you are doing.

btw i can also write numbers that increase everyday into an excel spreadsheet and make a graph that shows the numbers going up too...so this isn't a journal. it's just a thread with you posting pictures and numbers.

  4. btw....i am curious about this too...how many shares traded was it and what it is your average per share? what kind of winning % are you putting up? what about your avg win compared to your average loss? maybe post those numbers if you don't want to actually post executions.

  5. How can people piggy back them if they already happened.

A list of entries and exits doesn't benefit anybody, but it does prove that you're not bullshitting.

You can at least give a list of trades, it's not like anybody can decipher your "strategy:confused:" from it.

  6. If you really turned 27k to 90k in 9 trading seasons without taking ridiculous risks, why don't you just get your trades audited and I guarantee you can find a hedge fund with a prop model that will give you a 5,000,000 account to trade.

Also, what platform do you use and what is your commission rate considering you trade 1,000,000 shares daily?

  7. ok so i was bored while i was taking a dump and thinking about this thread. i was thinking about how the OP says he only paid around $5000 for 2700 trades. then he tells me later in the thread he traded 1.4 million shares on the day he made 114 trades. he also calls that day a "very light day". so for fun lets use that 114 trade day to extrapolate the number of shares he traded for the time period where he made 2700+ trades. we get a number around 33,000,000 shares traded.

lol so the OP is trying to tell us he was able to trade 33,000,000 shares for only $5000. 15 cents per 1000? rofl that is more insane than the 27k to 1 million in 9 months!

I don't understand why it will take 9 months to get to $1M? Why can't you just fill in $1,000,000 on day 2? This could've been solved by post#2.
