  1. This is the response I received.

"Basically this is a procedure that must be completed and approved by the court. You will be receiving an e-mail from our office indicating what we show is your account balance. If you do not agree with that amount, then you are provided with a proof of claim form to complete and return to our office with supporting documentation showing why you believe the amount is incorrect. It will then be up to the court to decide what amount is approved.

We hope to have the case wrapped up and process a final distribution during the first quarter of 2009."

  5. I certainly hope that you're right. Losing any money is terrible when we didn't do anything wrong but given the circumstances of events that has taken place, I would glady give up 10% of my money to get this fiasco over with. 5% I would be as happy as can be. Time will tell.......

  6. has anyone read the latest correspondence from Thomas Lennon's office? they are asking for 80% of their fees and 100% of their costs to be paid now (and there are entities with associated bills that I have never heard of in connection with this case!!).

How is it fair that the attorneys, etc are to receive a 80/100% distribution while the traders so far have only received 40% of their account balances back? I think that they should only receive 40% of their bills until we receive more $$$ first....I think that we should oppose this motion..who's with me?

  8. yeah, lawyers in these type of cases are parasites...I always thought that MK and JK were stand up guys, so I'm surprised to see them f*ck things up this badly...especially with my money on the line...
