When its all said and done how much will the traders lose? 10%?

I was curious to know if anyone has heard anything about more installments getting paid out? I recall hearing something about October but I don't recall exactly.

i was also told by octobers end. as long as end of year and I get most of my money, i will take it

 

Just got another email from Tuco, I don't completely understand it though. Can anyone shed any light?

it sounded to me that they were just telling us they were seeking to make one more distribution. but they dont have the authorization yet
