Normally, software licenses cannot be sold. This is standard clause in agreements. It could be someone selling illegal/hacked copies. Or could be a way for the vendor to sell licenses to his product, pretending to be a customer. You have to be crazy to spend that kind of money on a questionable item like this. I have been offered things like this in the past... This belongs under "For Sale" anyway
