Are there any safeguards built in to X Trader that will flatten my position (if needed) and cancel resting orders when I lose a connection to the gateway? There must be something other than scrambling for the phone. Thanks
Nope. None that I have heard of and I have been using it for years. Once your machine loses its connection to the Gateway, then your only choice is to get on another machine and log in to see your orders or to have someone else with Admin rights do that.
