TT vs PATS execution speed

Discussion in 'Trading Software' started by RedDuke, Apr 7, 2006.

  1. I used NT with PATS to trade Eurex products and NT could not cope with it. After much hassle NT said that there was probably an API mismatch. I would not trade Eurex products with NT. The simulator works great, but real time it sucks. See

    Bernard,

Any recomendations? Do you mean X-Trader? I thought to go live with PATS since NinjaTrader TT is not stable yet, but based on what was posted here, I have my doubts now.

    Thanks,

If you want to use Ninja try out the Zen fire connection, you will see a major difference in quality.

1 sec live trade executions. I'm in Europe with just a 100kb/s DSL. Cant remember the last issue I had with PATS.

I'm with them since last Oct., Truff.

  7. Is that an add-on feature? How did you get it? I'm using x_Trader standard and haven't seen it.

You can use PS Trader (Plug-In) for OCO orders:

OCO feature is only available on X_Trader PRO as I understand it.

  10. I just received an email from TT. There are some add-ins that work with the standard version but most require PRO. PS Trader works with the standard version and gives you OCO functionality.
