TT sues Refco for patent infringement

    because refco pro is based on the oska/tokyo stock exchange prop' platform, not tt md trader.

    this means that tt will lose their case, have to pay refcos extortionate legal fees and collapse as a company....or harris will step back in the pit - throw a few 1000's lots around and pay it back in a few hours!!

  2. Did you read my (slow) response to your question about the TSE earlier or was it just not convincing to you?

    I'm pretty sure the TSE's interface had neither a static price ladder nor single action order entry.

    If you have seen evidence to the contrary i would be interested to see it.

    it will be interesting to see what slant refco put on this that cantor didn't.

    you are right - cantor have spent a lot of time in courtrooms - but mostly defending their ceo's activities in his private life, and ex employees suing cantor in breach of contracts of employment!!!

    my money is still on refco though. simply because they can afford better lawyers - which is really what matters these days. who can put the best spin on their story.

    oj simpson would agree with me i think.
