Yeah, I would definitely work the body while waiting to hedge on the wings.

    Hi @Adam777 -

The bid/offer in the Autospreader ladder shows where you can hit or lift the market. If you are working a buy order at the bid price, the child orders in the leg markets are not going to be filled unless the market moves (and then you will no longer be working the bid). Take a look at the price of the orders working in the legs of spread in the attached screenshot. Autospreader is working Leg 1 at a price of -0.42 because it can immediately sell -0.36 in Leg 2 for a spread price of -0.06 but there is no chance of being filled because it is not working at the inside bid.

The LTP of the Autospreader ladder updates on an LTP update in either leg. It calculates the spread LTP using the same side inside market of the other leg. For example, in Leg 2 the LTP is -0.35 on the ask so it uses the ask price in Leg 1 (-0.40) to calculate a realistic spread trade (based on the spread configuration) of -0.05.

    Thank you for your help.

Yes I understand that the inside bid needs to come to my bid order price, then I have to wait my turn in the queue to get filled. It's basic order flow.

Thank you. This is interesting about using the last traded price. I'll have to think about this.
