  1. Wait until Q1 2019 Earnings... With Bond payment, I would assume 1.3-1.5 Billion loss of cash-flow for the Quarter

The issue with these guys is the whole "the market can remain irrational far longer than you can remain solvent" thing. Heck, I've been buying puts on and off since SCTY when they were an (ostensibly) independent company, they've managed to hold on for a long time!

That was your first mistake. Make time work for you, sell vertical calls, or naked calls if you have the balls. I would say any calls 40-50 bucks above current price is pretty safe bet at this point...

Maybe vertical calls. Naked calls would have killed me with SCTY when they were acquired by TSLA.

  5. There done, there next debt issuance will yield 10 + % guaranteed... A lot of anger from current owners who lost money from all the price cuts they did, and then increased it back up by only 3 % on brand new cars

Rumour is the sales in Q1 are horrendous, they said they will start taking 2,500$ deposits for Model Y that will come in late 2020... The 2,500 isn't a deposit, it's a processing costs. I think Model Y is the excuse they wanted to float as the reason for new debt, something big going on behind the scenes... This might actually end up being close to Enron when it's all said and done

For sure SCTY had a lot of shades of Enron with respect to the crazy proliferation of entities and questionable accounting. The car business isn't my line of business so I can't speak to what's going on now with that, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

  7. Time to revisit the $250 level in the coming weeks.

I'd say below $250 before or after the next quarterly report.

  8. I would say below 50 by end of year, everyone is leaving the ship even more so when recession sell-off starts... Q1 2019 numbers will be so bad, it's impossible for them to ever pay back any debt without using new debt to pay it... They operate at a steep loss per car after the massive price cuts they did

$50 or $40; or $150 bounce to $40. NOT a prediction; but nothing like a $40 SEC million fine to help do justice LOL:D:D

  10. Haha, they are taking non returnable " deposits " for cars being released in end 2020, likely first half 2021... The next step is literally a Go Fund me campaign, it's a circus there now... Elon needs to be put out of his misery so he can move full time to SpaceX, and speak the truth about Tesla now before it all comes out in a Episode of American Greed
