They got it!! The timing of the announcement is a bit strange, Friday during trading hours could have helped the stock's slide but they eventually have the permits:

Of course they should have got it 2 months ago so they would be shipping to Europe now and they could have saved a few hundred jobs, but better late than never.

This enough good news for a rebound after friday's slide?

Sure, even a 10 bucks rebound is nice after a 45 bucks drop. The point is, if you release it (not obvious) you might as well do it during market hours.

  4. Tesla ramped employee count by thirty per cent in the past two years. Somehow that fact was omitted in reports.

I'm astonished how biased news fools you people.

  5. You forgot to mention the bond maturity coming up, the fact Tesla is junked paying 9.5 % interest, or that credit markets have frozen, and will need to yield 11-12 % in order to get funding in 2019. The CDS activity tells you all you need to know, but don't worry CNBC says it's all good

You do know the article is from Sep and is based on Elon's SEC fraud charge which has since been settled? CDS prices may very well be indicative of what's happening, but given they've gone down about 30% since the article you posted was published months ago it doesn't really support your narrative. You might consider doing some actual source research instead of relying on news articles of any age, which ironically was what I think you were trying to say with that last "but don't worry CNBC says it's all good" you just couldn't be bothered to follow your own advice!

They can and will pay it with stocks, no problemo. They promised 50/50 cash/stock but keeping promises is for adults...

Operational costs of electric cars will become much more expensive then they are.
In Europe price for charging a Tesla with a supercharger is rising 40% to exceptional 100%.
At the same time Tesla will not sell the cheap versions of the S and X models in Europe. So the cheapest one will be more then $20,000 more expensive.
In Europe total cost of electric driving is more expensive then the conventional cars.

I don't think I'm allowed to re-disseminate them, but I can tell you they're well off Sep levels.
