All nonsense. Price went down then back up basically same amount of points in basically the same amount of time. Look at a friggen chart ... will ya. The rest will sort itself out - regardless of what either of us believe or say.
The FBI is the proper authority for doing criminal investigations, even if the subject matter is "white collar crime" involving stock manipulation. Now that's real nonsense. I was trading TSLA. Were you? No, the price didn't go back up the same amount. $338 to $315 in a matter of minutes, stalled between $315 & $320 for 15 minutes, and then a slow climb to $330. There's an 8-point difference. Again, why does it matter? The quick profit traders made from the dive is still good and real. You wanna dispute that? This is a volatile stock that has recently posted good numbers. What do you expect? That it would go down on a report of deepening criminal investigation and never bounce back up again? LOL. This is the stock market. Even Chapter 11 bankruptcy stocks bounce.
Yes real, like I said it went higher from the time of that headline $7.53 into the swing high 16 minutes later or $5.80 into the 400pm close 36 minutes later. Period. But if you are under the impression I am a bear, I am not. Unless price turns down. And after it does and price turns higher again I will be a bull again. I hold no allegiance to either side. Just price.
Resistance above is looking possible with an alert set above! Getting a little overbought on the lower indicators.
https://www.theverge.com/2018/11/2/18056170/tesla-subpoena-sec-model-3-investigation Tesla subpoenaed in the SEC’s Model 3 investigation All three open probes are intensifying Tesla and its CEO Elon Musk disclosed in a regulatory filing Friday that the Securities and Exchange commission has subpoenaed Tesla about Musk’s many projections for Model 3 production, signaling that the investigation — which first came to light in August — is ramping up. It’s the third open investigation to intensify in recent weeks.Last week, The Wall Street Journal reported that Federal Bureau of Investigation’s probe for any potential criminal activity surrounding Model 3 production goals has amplified. And Tesla confirmed in Friday’s filing that, in a separate Department of Justice investigation into Musk’s abandoned attempt to take the company private, the company has been asked “to voluntarily provide [the DOJ] with information” about both criminal probes. This is on top of the fact that former employees have been subpoenaed in the FBI’s investigation.
Stuck in the $340's. Alert still set above for a push higher to test the trendline resistance. The RSI and %R are showing very overbought conditions.
