  1. Seriously.. for someone who does not want a TESLA he feels he has to keep justifying his position as though many fucks are given.

    Musk's Tweet today:
"Tesla will be profitable & cash flow+ in Q3 & Q4, so obv no need to raise money".
    Up $8 pre-market @ $302

  3. i'm all in with Elon; but the tweet was in response to Economist mag article.

it will be interesting to see who is correct as both opinions are very different. obviously Musk is optimistic on 100% of timelines; so for now i'm with the other side.

still , i think he will come out ahead and so will the company , but on a later timeframe.

If he raises money now, can the (shareholder lawsuit) class action lawyers go after him?
Hope he called his lawyer before that Tweet.

He could throw his own money at Tesla to make a profit for the 3rd and 4th QT...Or do strange accounting. I worked at a Hershey plant years ago...Watched management do whatever it took to make their numbers (bonuses). Soooo, make your numbers for those two quarters. Then go into the marketplace and sell more stock!! More smoke and mirrors. It seems like a 2018 put wouldn't work...I'd go for the March 2019...That is where the value is!!

AS Ford, VW etc. start rolling out their electric cars and hybrids Tesla may struggle.
The original Nicholas Tesla went broke quite a few times, ended up penniless and then got murdered for his death ray invention.
