    The stock opened at $19 a share, 12% above the $17 offer price. After briefly pulling back to $17.54, it staged a full-blown rally that carried it briefly to $25 a share.

    Tesla on Monday boosted the share offering by 20% to 13.3 million shares due to strong demand.

    Tesla contributed quite a bit to electrical science.

    But, when it comes to practical applications, especially commercializing them, Edison was far and away the top dog.

  10. Whoever bought in the 30's today will never see a print back up there. The hype is gonna fade quick once the sheep actually bother to read the prospectus and realize this company has never made a profit.
