I remember watching an interview of a guy that was automating his business and managed to run most of it remotely. It stuck with me that having to live with certain clients was preventing his company from reaching those goals since they took up a disproportionate amount of manpower & resources so he dumped them. Just something that I always keep in mind. Couldn't find the original interview, but this article covers some gist of it.
