  1. both Apple and Tesla stocks are still outrageous accounting for pre-splits...the zoomer shortbus is starting to discover this...

    $64,000 for 1 bitcoin...

This entire bull market was the mother of all Fed pumps.

And the cult effect... Does anyone know what happens when it starts to sink in that you have been indoctrinated into a cult?

I hope to goodness you guys made serious money money during the lockdown...this story happened a long market-time ago in a monetary frenzy now far, far away..it was a story of fantasy and fairytales...told by idiots, full of sound and fury... this story comes just a few times in a life.

My friends...it was a story for the ages

  3. ...for a trade...rsi numbers and most intelligent technicians know/concur this - the weekly price or monthly bar mean shit to me. I am not investing in TSLA only speculating. What supply? How do you know this?

I live in the Weekly Bar where everybody knows my name, and I visit the Monthly Bar for drinks at least twice every moon cycle.

Tesla shares going to $5. Soon.

But "soon" to us patrons of the Weekly and Monthly Bars may not mean the same as it does to you "intelligent technicians" lol who mainline rsi on a daily basis.

Did I see where Tesla has 40,000 unsold cars (worldwide) sitting in their lots??

I do not believe they are going bankrupt, but those are major recession type of numbers...

Down and down and down it goes.

    Next support - 10 to 25

So why did Elon Musk work sooooo hard ?!?!?!?

He worked very hard and TSLA went up massively.
He also worked very hard (on Twitter?!?!?) and TSLA went down massively.

One thing all the analysts, and all the talking heads, and all you bears here at ET are overlooking is this, and I even wrote about it years ago here.

TSLA owns a treasure-trove of intellectual property as applied to autonomous driving. Their cars have been collecting this data and analyzing it for over a decade. And it's more data than any other automaker owns.
    This much?

A yottabyte is the largest unit approved as a standard size by the International System of Units (SI). The yottabyte is about 1 septillion bytes -- or, as an integer, 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 bytes. The storage volume is equivalent to a quadrillion gigabytes (GB) or a million trillion megabytes.

Beats me, but I had to google "largest number of bytes" to make my point.

And yeah, their cars have messed up in the self-driving mode... but planes also crashed in the early days of aviation. Learn and improve.

I'm not making a bull case here... I'm just pointing out this stuff has huge value if autonomous cars are in our future. No one has what they have. They can't, TSLA has been gathering it longer than anyone else.

Now in the last 2 years we have seen many software companies with basically one product soar to unimaginable heights, basically because software is in fact a gold-mine. The gift that keeps on giving. And sure they've pulled back, but the good ones are still priced at incredible valuations compared to stocks in other sectors. TSLA owns tons of data no one else owns.

So when making this bear case... just don't forget this, because it would seem to me, any major auto-maker that really wants to have a level 4 autonomous car or truck, they can either keep struggling as they try to re-invent the wheel (and have their cars crash and kill people), or they can collaborate with TSLA for its IP.
    There's huge value there.

Don't know much about their fundamentals but as you can see in the chart below, TSLA broke below the "head and shoulders" pattern, which doesn't bode well for the stock. It may retest the neckline at 200-ish, but there will be a lot of shorts waiting to jump on board and pummel this baby down. Be careful once it reaches up to 200.

I've been a business man for over 45 years...Not saying I know all, but I've been around.

As long as the Democratic party controls any part of Congress or The Presidency, tort reform will not happen. At different points over the last 40 years when the Republican Party controlled Congress and The Presidency, tort reform did not occur.

Every business move I have made, was FIRST governed by liability..."How will this come back unto me and my insurance"?? Does my insurance cover this move"?? The trial lawyers control Congress. It's just a fact...They do not want to give that up.

Self driving can work in other countries...But I believe it will never work in the US!!
