I had no positions just cash when MF went bankrupt Oct 31 and account went in bulk transfer with no funds to another FCM.Today they transfered 60 percent of funds in bulk transfer but it does not equal 60 percent of my account balance.On Sept 23 my MF statement showed some of my money was moved out of segregated money and came back as secured money.When they went bankrupt my cash was still showing a partial amount as secured cash the rest was listed as segregated.Today they only payed 60 percent of the segregated money and nothing on the secured money.Has this happened to anybody else?
