    Cuban Democracy act of 1992:
    137 R's voted for it - only 24 against
139 D's voted for it almost - as many against 110

A main part of the act, lol us not giving foreign aid to those who do business with Cuba. For shame Canada and Germany and France and so many other nations that really needed the money missed out.

Fidel's reign ended only because he died. Sanctions and embargoes only hurt the ones who put them on. Time and again.

And as for Bill Clinton he tightened his Cuba policy in 1996 and then softened it in 1999.

    The embarrassment is all yours.

" before he was moved out, said ..." Any clearer? Not ... Baker said ... before he was moved out ... so on and so forth.

Sorry I won't quote your own words again so I don't risk hurting your feelings again snowflake.

137 R’s and 139 D’s supporting a Bill put forth by a D is about as bipartisan as it gets. And an R President signed it.

Your stated premise that only Republicans supported Cuban sanctions after 1968 has been disproved by your own admission.

Your point is that you have no point.

  4. Man, you are wacked, and have a feverish need to find something to be right about.

Obviously you are trying to compensate for a small penis but men of your political persuasion sit down when they pee, so all is good for you.

    On ignore.

    I did huh?

"But since 1968 Republicans, including thru the Carter and Clinton's admins, kept it going."

They kept it going, I didn't say without any Dem support.

Older Cuban Americans vote R (as in right wingnut) since day one. The younger generations are getting wise to the nonsense, useless embargo that the rest of the world ignores. Join them and wise up.

Now of course the generations that came to Miami when Batista got on a plane and left the island to Castro are old, and many are gone. Their children's children don't harbor the same old resentments, so its now possible for Florida politicians to broach the subject of normalizing relations with Cuba. Now its the new wave of Puerto Ricans in Orlando that concerns Florida's politicians. Though when they lived on the Island they could not vote in U.S. mainland elections, now they can. And there are a lot of them, enough to add a big drop of blue to help turn Florida purple. And then there is that major populations of Jews in the Miami area, if blue wasn't their favorite color before Trumps insensitive handling of the New York Synagogue Murders it probably is now.

Actually most of them left Miami for Boca Raton & Delray & Boynton Beach years, make that decades, ago. Still in here Florida of course. Though Jews like any other demographic vote pocket book first but I wouldn't think would be too pleased with Drumpf currently.

An oil price spike is starting to look increasingly possible, with a rerun of 2008 not entirely out of the question, according to a new report.
