Trump’s Idea to Bleach Lungs to Kill Coronavirus Alarms Experts

  1. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give that a try. Both yesterday and this morning, I boiled the water, took it off the stove, and then immediately poured it into the cup where the instant coffee was already waiting. Next time, I think I'll still boil the water, but I'll wait a bit longer before pouring it into the cup.

Perhaps I should have known better. I remember drinking Turkish coffee when I worked in Saudi Arabia years ago. You always had to have either coffee or tea when visiting clients. (The coffee was either Turkish, or "American" which meant instant.) It was almost a law. One of my clients made the best Turkish coffee I ever had. So I asked if I could watch them make it. Apart from using good beans and the right amount, the trick to making it full-bodied was to not let the coffee boil in the open pot before removing it from the heat. The timing had to be just so. It didn't occur to me that the same principle might apply to instant coffee in the sense that the water should not be boiling when pouring it into the ready cup.

I've tried different Nescafe variants, "clasico" has been my go to & likely the most consumed down there. I'm trying a "cafe de olla" variant that has hints of cinnamon. It's not horrible but I think I still prefer clasico. I'm doing \2 spoons for the caffeine kick but generally thought 1 spoon was a bit milder & more palatable.

I've got an electric tea kettle that can't be beat for convenience but think it's too hot for coffee at times. I used to just boil on the stove using a pot....I mean, boiling is boiling but perhaps there's a few degrees between seeing bubbles/tea pot whistle and full gurgling.

I just shut off the electric kettle before the auto or let it rest after it's done.

Makes sense, I don't get on well with flavoured coffees, I get a headache similar to artificial sweeteners.

Electric kettles are the norm in most of Western Europe, every kitchen has one. We had a Braun one with a temperature dial at one stage and it got a lot of bewildered "why would you want anything but boiling?" comments :) Apparently for fruit tea, too hot ruins the infusion, those continentals.

Without a kettle here I just got into the habit with using the microwave to zap the mug of water and found it tastes better cooler.

Sometimes I have a green juice smoothie though.

The only flavouring I need, a splash of Colombian rum (Ron). :) I'll try bleach when it runs out though.

I was actually handed a coffee by Tony Head who played Giles in Buffy the Vampire slayer, he became famous (and rich) from his very long running UK Nescafe ad series. An actors dream gig with years of residuals.. I was doing a bit for the then new series Angel.

  7. I remember the first one or two of those ads! That was a while back.

I tried rum in coffee, but I prefer Tia Maria. If I were to allow it, I could get into serious trouble with Tia Maria in my coffee. But that's not flavored coffee. That's fortified coffee. :D

Also nice, I'm not so fancy. I barely drink but sometimes I get in a messy trade and instead of seconds to a minute, it plays out over a half hour so muscle relaxant is good.

Yeah, my breaking into acting days were 20 years and more ago now. Very tall actors struggle (sightlines bla bla) its better to be short and fake tall. Dwayne Johnson claims to be variously 6'4 and 5 but my kid saw him somewhere and she at 6'2" was well above him in flats.

A bit like Donny.. Or maybe the miricle mineral solution bleach helped him grow.

  10. I only have it a couple of times a year. New Year's and maybe my birthday.

I'm short. Try as I may, though, I can't quite fake tall. Is there a book I should buy? :D
