can't be too harsh on Trump for this one. We're asking to dock these peeps, they've got another chance to not fuck up like they did w/the corona flight. We've learned from Japan that quarantining a cruise ship is a futile experiment.

Having said that, asking "what's the plan" isn't asking a whole lot. After all, this is a 2nd chance not to fuck it up
