The jurors in the state case had access to much more information and evidence than you saw on CourtTV.
    • Their decision is final and then the same for the jurors in the FED case that had access to private messages between the convicted killers and soon after the shooting.
    • Why continue debating the issue ???
If it's so unfair to you, you have the freedom to join an advocacy group and petition for an appeal or you can request access to the public court documents when they become available. Good luck with that.

Actually, other than a few things like photographs of the victim, it's the opposite. People watching CourtTV saw the attorneys making their evidence exclusion arguments and so forth when the jury was out of the room.

First, the FED case was closed to the public...you did not have access to it.

Secondly, I'll ask again...what prevents you from joining an advocacy group to request an appeal ???

The citizen's arrest issue was in the state case only.

There's no procedural route to do that.

Sorry, I hear about advocacy groups all the time that help convicted criminals with life sentences or on death row. Its on TV and the internet.

Yet, I don't know what you mean by "procedural route".

Seriously, if this is a deep concerning issue for you...I would direct my energy about the result of the case to an advocacy group and/or those that helped to raise funds for their defense...cough.

Anyways, I hope you don't lose any sleep about those convicted killers.

I think it's a miscarriage of justice (particularly for Bryan, who didn't even know the other two were bringing guns as they waited for the police) and they were railroaded by the media, but I'm not losing a lot of sleep over it.

I don't know how many people are murdered every day in the United States, Canada, or France...any big case being played out in public opinion...I'm somewhat cold to it.

Protect your family and yourself if someone comes onto your property to cause harm. Everyone else is not a concern to me unless it's a relative being hurt somewhere else.

I'm ex-military, I've seen a lot of evilness even on peacekeeping missions. The world is fucked up especially after listening to the War stories from my relatives that served before me and reading the journals of those relatives that died in Wars long before I was born...stories all the way back from the French and Indian War.

The world is a cruel place.
