That is jury intimidation. In the Kyle Rittenhouse case, a CNN manager no less followed the jury, one guy took pictures of the jury, there were phone threats against Kyle Rittenhouse and his attorneys. They did the same to the Kyle Rittenhouse case. Good thing the jury stood firm and did the right thing, inspite of threats against them too.
Well -- as outlined by commentators there is a fundamental difference in the two cases. In the situation with Kyle the rioters were deliberately seeking him out, chasing him down and attacking him. In the Aubery case these three guys were deliberately deliberately seeking Aubery out, chasing down Aubery, and threatening him. Hence the difference in the two verdicts.
The jury always sees evidence that the public does not see during a trial like this. Maybe he was involved in using his vehicle to corner the man that was shot and maybe he said something in his cell phone recording that reveal he had more of an involvement in their intentions...possibly he stated something to the other two (father / son) that caused them to use their weapons ??? What's the next self-defense court case up for discussion ??? wrbtrader
You know damn well this guy looks like his parents are related, which is not that uncommon with southern conservative confederate state whites. I believe that inbreeding is a cause for a lot of the stupidity amongst confederate state conservatives.
Why? From what I’m told by republicans open carry guns are a good thing. You can even purposefully put yourself in the middle of riot with a gun and kill people and it’s all good. Republicans are fighting for guns everywhere — oh, I just realized that’s a black guy with a gun. Not what republicans intended when they wrote the laws. I see. It’s different when it’s a black guy for the right wingers.
