He never should of grabbed the gun. Had he put his hands up or simply didnt grab the gun, he would still be alive albeit doing a 1 or 2 year jail sentence for burglary.
It's possible he was involved in the burglaries. Either way, when he tried to grab the gun, it became self-defense.
The guy was robbing a house. Claiming he was innocently jogging and decided he was thirsty and looking for water is so ridiculous its laughable.
There's video of him going into a house under construction without permission. Pretty good chance he was the burglar they were looking for. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Ahmaud_Arbery
Arbery and dozens of other people went into that house under construction. All of it caught on video. The owner stated nothing was ever stolen from the house. ============================ Homeowner says no crime was committed at under-construction home Ahmaud Arbery may have visited before shooting https://www.cnn.com/2020/05/13/us/ahmaud-arbery-wednesday-surveillance-video/index.html ============================= Owner of construction site speaks out about Arbery case https://www.wrdw.com/content/news/N...e-speaks-out-about-Arbery-case-570463931.html The owner of the construction site says he didn't even see the video until after the shooting. "I don't want it to be put out and misused and misinterpreted for people to think that I had accused Mr. Arbery of stealing or robbery, because I never did," Larry English said. English says nothing was stolen from the site. ============================= https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...allegedly-entered-shooting-might-not-n1205191 Video from the day of Arbery's death, obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, shows a black man wearing a T-shirt and shorts walking up to a house under construction, entering and then leaving shortly after. Lawyers representing Arbery's family said in a statement Saturday that the security camera video proves Arbery did nothing wrong. "Ahmaud did not take anything from the construction site," the family's lawyers said in a statement. "He did not cause any damage to the property. He remained for a brief period of time and was not instructed by anyone to leave but rather left on his own accord to continue his jog. Ahmaud's actions at this empty home under construction were in no way a felony under Georgia law." The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said it was reviewing the video but added that it had seen it before arresting and charging Gregory and Travis McMichael. The McMichaels could not be reached for comment. Graddy said her client wants to "correct the mistaken impression" that English had shared the video or any other information about what had occurred at the property with the McMichaels before the shooting or at all. English had only briefly met the younger McMichael once in 2019, when he went to the construction site to introduce himself, Graddy said. ============================ Surveillance Videos Shows Multiple Trespassers at House Ahmaud Arbery Visited https://www.blackenterprise.com/sur...s-at-house-ahmaud-arbery-visited/?test=prebid Homeowner believes Ahmaud Arbery was getting water when visiting construction site https://www.firstcoastnews.com/arti...-site/77-e60149c3-db0b-4318-83a8-c9b44c32558c Newly released security video gives more context around Ahmaud Arbery murder case On a number of occasions, people looked into the home under construction that's become a focal point in the case. https://www.11alive.com/article/new...water/85-963b8067-f2e3-444d-bb28-9459fec07f00
Would you go into a house without permission? Maybe there was nothing worth taking. There was a string a burglaries. One of the three people charged was former law enforcement. Arbery tried to wrestle one of their guns away. Not a clear cut case that should be sparking outrage, IMO.
If you pull a gun on me I am going to try and wrestle it away to save my life, they were not police officers arresting him they were white ass hats running up on him with no evidence of a crime at all. People here are so stupid..... so if a robber breaks into your house and pulls a gun on you and you try to wrestle it away the robber is justified in shooting you accorinding to the dumbass logic here..
if two confederate flag sporting white bois hold you up at gun point Ocho, you're supposed to say "yes massa"
