All about proper public health response.

Oh, now it's not called canceling ... when it's about what you care about.

It's about public health. We should have strict nationwide policies to not tolerate anti-vaxers which undermine the health of our entire nation.

Oh, now facts and circumstances matter. Now, some cancellations are ok, depending on the facts and circumstances.

For example, you didn't consider the facts surrounding the Dr. Seuss cancellations. I asked you a million times. You ignored my request for you to address the merits as to why the particular books were an issue.

The simple fact is, you didn't/don't care about the facts and circumstances in that case.

Now, you want to make arguments in support of cancelling.

You can't have it both ways, and be credible.

Either all cancelling is wrong; or it depends on the facts-circumstances.

You can't flip flop depending upon your personal interests. I mean you can, but you'll be a perfect example of a incredible (lacking credibility) hypocrite.

It's time for people to recognize the difference between legitimate public health policy to battle a virus causing a global pandemic... and cancel culture.

BTW -- some of cartoons characters which have been recent targets of campaigns have a message for cancel culture advocates.

Again, do you believe that the Dr. Seuss books that were canceled should be openly available to children in public schools?

Do you believe media can influence a child's thinking and emotional/psychological growth?

Do you believe that a child's thinking, emotions, and psychology is a matter of the child's health?

Have you considered the merits of the cartoons you mentioned that were targeted? The merits as to why.

Or do you simply believe that cancelling relating to heath issues you raise should be accepted; and all other cancellations are flat out, on their face, unequivocally, absolutely, without debate,
    wrong?

So let's take a look at National Read Across America Day - a day that was created on Dr. Seuss' birthday to celebrate children reading.

This year, President Biden did not mention Dr. Seuss in his National Read Across America Day proclamation -- his predecessors did. Is Dr. Seuss so horrible now that we can't even mention his name on a day that was created on his birthday and focused on the celebration of reading his books by school kids?

Since the Dr. Seuss foundation has now stopped publishing six of his books identified as having undesired content --- tell us why the cancel mob is still clamoring even louder than ever for ALL of Dr. Seuss' books to be removed from libraries and that schools systems stop including them in their elementary school allowed reading lists.

Explain to us why the cancel mob is still howling for Dr. Seuss to be cancelled.

    https://nationaltoday.com/national-read-across-america-day/

March 2 is National Read Across America Day, a day to celebrate our favorite activity. The day was established by the National Education Association (NEA) in 1998 to help get kids excited about reading. The day occurs each year on the birthday of beloved children’s book author Dr. Seuss, so a perfect way to celebrate is to don a Seussian hat and read one his famous tales, like One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish. On National Read Across America Day, students, teachers, parents, and community members around the nation come together to read books and celebrate the joy of reading — join us!

what is good public health policy?

Lying to the public for months about outdoor spread, about asymptomatic spread
about who is dangerous and when and to whom? just because you don't want truth about where the real risk is happening to get out?

if your policy is based on fear and lies rather than truth... fuck you and your policy..
and when you create a vaccine don't be surprised when the people who are smart enough to know they were not statistically at risk tell the govt douches like fauci and you to fuck themselves.

you want responsible people to buy into your program... make responsible decisions? ... don't be douchebag fascists and ruin healthy peoples lives because you don't want to share what is really going on.

I knew it was a pandemic before anyone knew it was a pandemic, it spreads through the air! But I won't say anything, I don't want the American people to panic.
