The health department where I am has already started going door to door. They have the data already on who and who has not been vaccinated. From what I understand they give you a little pamphlet and will schedule you an appointment if needed.
That’s a total breech of HIPAA Law. Someone that comes to my door with my health information is getting sued.
I don't how my saying that "I wonder whether" something will be allowed constitutes "acting like they can't." Second, your statement that they "technically already can" is definitive in any way. We see all sorts of resistance from government sources and their media buddies in regard to demonizing people who take different positions than big brother wants. I am just saying, if Joe and his covid army go door to door, can anti-vaxxers monitor that and go to the same doors afterwards or will the government and media take "certain steps?" Or can an anti-vax protest group walk along with them on public sidewalks and streets with protest signs as long as they do not interfere with their movement and speech with private parties. If no problem, then fine.

Biden, Psaki To Go Door To Door On Bikes Asking If You Have A Moment To Talk About Getting Vaccinated "Excuse me, sir, do you have a moment to talk about our Lord and Savior Dr. Fauci, and the salvation of Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson?" said Psaki as a local homeowner opened his door. https://babylonbee.com/news/biden-p...ave-a-moment-to-talk-about-getting-vaccinated
lol @ “breech” of HIPPA! You’ve never had to be in compliance with HIPPA, I see. Sit down. @TreeFrogTrader you think this is a violation of HIPPA too? Woo-wee
For the record, of course private citizens can go door to door sharing beliefs and even seeking to recruit others. The Mormons already do it. The ACLU successfully defended the KKK’s right to free speech, no matter how offensive. So yes, these idiots are certainly allowed to go door to door, without interference from the government. I doubt they can “monitor” a government operation but we all certainly have freedom of information rights. So, I suppose that might work. England 1 - nil.
No. Mr. Wallet is correct. It is not a violation of hippa to ask whether someone is vaccinated but his statement was "if they come to my door with my health information" which does or could imply that some databases have been used to generate leads of who has and has not been vaccinated. That would be a hippa violation.
