Yet Dem US GDP share went from 64% in 2016 to 70% in 2020 as well as Dems getting 7 million more votes in 2020 compared to 3 million in 2016.

I hope it continues. While you think its a good thing its actually turning red states like GA,AZ and TX blue.

I have been hoping for years that Dems spread out from big blue states to red states.

  3. Conservatives are more productive on average than Liberals, especially by hours worked per capita. If I got paid, and I otherwise wanted to commit to the party of Mitch O'Connell, I could do some deep dive research and destroy the patently ridiculous claims and propaganda the Left makes on a continuing basis.

You still have not addressed the relative population growth the Red states has over the Blue states. Is it a painful truth you don’t want to admit?

It is interesting how people are increasingly voting with their pocketbook when it comes to taxes by moving away from Blue states, yet Democrats are still getting the majority of votes. Maybe the Democrat’s long term goal is to make everyone dependent on big government, and by extension, them.

A system that rewards loyalty to a political party over work ethic will fail in the long term, because those who are productive will lose their motivation as the fruits of their labor are increasingly taken away to provide for the non-productive. This will yield a overall lower rate of productivity along with a lower standard of living, like we see in the third world.

So while you may be correct and Democrats may increase their influence and power, it is not a future to look forward to if they continue to use the failed policies of the past. Even those on public assistance will find their money buying less and less over time.

The signs of systemic stress are here. Widespread riots, declining purchasing power, and reduced freedoms are early canaries in the coal mine, so to speak. Sure, the stock and real estate markets are strong right now. However, for those who have little to no savings, which is much of the Democrat base, how are they going to be able to catch up, assuming they wanted to, or what are the prospects for their children’s future upward mobility? The distance between poor and middle class will likely be widening.

What happens to available Government spending as interest rates to attract capital for budget deficit financing rises? Will Increasing oppressive taxes and or government spending always be the answer? The rate of increase of debt burden as a percentage of GDP was increasing without higher interest rates. Yes, the pandemic piled on, but now that interest rates are rising, what do you think happens then? Should our economy blow up under Democrat watch and Republicans are given a chance to try to fix things again, it will be of little consolation if we are in the depths of a depression.

Again, our system is under stress and it will take a strong and effective leader that realizes that policies must benefit the productive if our economy is going to have a chance to hold its ground.

They are moving because of the high cost of living because blue states are so overcrowded. When most of them move they continue to vote blue, which is why GA and AZ went to Biden,3 out of 4 of AZs and GA senators are Democrat and why Trump won Texas by around 5 points while Bush won it by around 25 points.

Clear pattern of which party's presidents are better for the stress.

  10. You are attempting to give the Democrats credit for Republican productivity. If you total the productivity of Democrats and divide that productivity by the number of Democrats, then compare that result to Republican per capita productivity, Republicans will come out on top, probably decisively. Conservatives add much more value to our economy on average than Democrats. I have no doubt Conservative pay more taxes per capita than Democrats as well.

If Biden’s policies end up punishing the productive, and the production decide to not work as hard, ultimately reducing the supply of whatever, what do you think will be left for the unproductive?

In the final analysis, there is no “Free”, at least not for long.

A potential irony: if Democrats take Republicans out of political contention, who will there be to blame for the coming hard times? The Chinese?
