Of course he represents interests that lobbyists push, again, his responsibility is favorable business law for his corporations. As for his business record, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it I suppose - though from your comment about not being American, I suppose your view of him is rather irrelevant. Perhaps if you lived here and this government was yours, you'd have a different opinion of what is wrong. If memory serves, you're European, correct? Your liberal slant is probably typical to many in Europe - and that's just fine. But don't concern yourself about the Mexican immigration problems we have. Instead, put your effort into solving your own Muslim immigration one. From what I understand, that's a far greater concern.
Way to generalize all Europeans. Where I come from Muslims aren't a problem as they are such a tiny minority and the country is run by right wing politicians (equivalent to Republicans). Saying all Europeans are these "liberals" is akin to saying all Americans are Reagan worshiping gun fanatics spending their days watching Fox News. It's not fun to generalize is it.
I didn't say all Europeans are liberals. I said the liberal mindset is typical. Perhaps it's the fact that English is a second language, but "typical" means popularly associated with. Doesn't mean it's exclusive. But congrats on the muslim problem you don't have. Sounds like it's because conservative politicians have done a good job preventing it.
Only as it relates to Trump himself, and not necessarily the stakeholders who invested in him, his name and his reputation, and expected him to look out for their interests. He even walked away to his personal benefit and the detriment of the stakeholders of four companies bearing his very name. This is the reptile in whom you're going to place your trust? Good luck with that. As I've said before, repeating what others have said before me, Trump is all about Trump. You and everyone else are just mere details in his life.
talk about no difference between reblicans and democrats. The republicans are now using the same logic to defend Trump the democrats have always used to defend their candidates who say stupid things that can't possibly be accomplished. And I'm no different. Econmically I don't like Trump, but I like his message it makes me feel good to be an American. And if that doesn't sound like a stupid economically braindead democrat I don't know what does.
And Clinton is a true humanitarian. Please. The exercise of democracy here is picking the candidate that stinks the least. For me, that is not Clinton.
The hope is Trump is not a sellout whore the way the democrats and establishment republicans have been to the finance guys and gals. We really don't know what Trump will do... but he has been anti stupid trade for years. And I do believe he will close the borders and make us safer by doing so. But that is a belief and it could turn out to be wrong. Trump is not my first choice because he could turn out to be a liberal. But he is my second, because he is unlikely to be worse than Hillary when it comes to serving the interests of the cronies. Right now in America the cronies are extracting the assets and wealth and leaving us with inflation, taxes and a hollowed out shell. Hillary is a crony. Sanders may or may not be but I think he is a Soros guy. Kasich is a Soros guy. Cruz has acted very much against the cronies interests. but there is a slight risk he is sleeper agent for cronies. Trump is a wild card.
Oops, looks like I completely missed how terrible Trump's speech was. He "failed to impress" foreign policy experts, who have been sputtering into their espressos all morning. http://www.politico.com/story/2016/04/donald-trump-foreign-policy-speech-reaction-222544 Even worse, the crowd that got us into the stunning successes in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as Libya and other achievements, were very disappointed: "Trump also left the hawkish Republican right deeply unimpressed. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a former 2016 presidential rival to Trump, issued a series of derisive tweets during the address, which he said was full of “disconnected thought” and demonstrated a “lack of understanding of threats we face.” " Read more: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/04/donald-trump-foreign-policy-speech-reaction-222544#ixzz478gIE9Ou Dammit Trump, Sen. Graham is Johnny McCain's alter ego and the man almost cracked the 1% threshold running against you. Pay attention please!
