If they want to make this like watching the ball fall at Times Square on New Years and have a digital banner announcing what next months remittance fee will be based on the rise or fall of illegals apprehended, then go for it. It is not all about penalties either. Y'all work together in your shit-hole countries to reduce the number of illegals crossing, and you could get bonuses in with your remittance rather than a penalty. You decide which one works for your people and family.

Part of this I slipped into a little joke. Other part, I am more serious than you think. I am a pay for performance, outcome oriented guy. Couple days ago, Mexico was doing some good things and I did not hesitate to say how I would reward that. Today they are not and their little remittance and subsidy should be entering bearish territory. I said "their little remittance" but of course remittances from the U.S. is Mexicos largest source of foreign income.

Good idea. I will urge President Trump not to send any monies to Honduras, Guatemala and other countries complicit in this invasion! Yeah, better to use it to pay our military overtime to secure our borders! That would be monies well spent! No need to send foreign aid to those countries who have committed a hostile act towards the US!
