Have you bothered to examine Obama's record?

Well at least you came clean.

No you dont. You never have and never will.

Once again, why do you think I am here to impress you. You lack value.

I'm not Ricter, & I'd never pull a "stolen valor" stunt. It honestly could be a good move if Trump hadn't traded in all credibility years ago. I question the timing of the event. I reckon the threat of the Taliban to the west was never really there (as AlQueda was the culprit). I wonder what concessions we are making & how the Afghanis are going to get shafted by this if no guarantees were made. For reference, see Syria & the abandonment of our Kurdish allies.

so you are saying it could be the right move by Trump.
You just don't trust Trump to make the good move.

    Okay.

I don't trust any of them on either side.
I just know Trump is doing what he said he would do.

I thought we were there to hunt down Bin Laden and then Bush let him escape when pin downed. (one of the most crooked things I ever saw happen)

I remember being told they found all sorts of intel and dangerous things in the al queda training camps there.

I vaguely remember learning that the taliban leader and al queda were connected through marriage and the taliban were supporting al queda.

I think going there was probably a good move.

I think the way it was prosecuted was crooked.

There were arm-length links if I recall. I think some Taliban fighters ended up w/Al-Queda, but no surprise there, there's few Islamist hardened fighters to choose from. After all, we don't hold Pakistan or Arabia responsible for 911; having sheltered and birthed the master mind & hi-jackers. We had more reason to be in & bring "freedom" to Afghanistan than we ever did Iraq, that much is true.
