Quote from your first post on this thread: "I got mine a week before Trumpy murdered that poor stupid man and it all disappeared." I got mine a week before....lol..on prescription..lol you and your TDS buddies are not too far from the TDS media. Full of shit. See ya later.
Just consume as much as you can just like the other dumb Trump supporters, prove that you don't have TDS and ignore all the side effects. Trumptard lecturing about 'full of shit', ironic.
Trump does not keep his little minions who make a slip throw him under the bus like Dr Love just did.
I would post the photo of the POS trumper expat in Bogota who hoarded 14 boxes but I and another friend are having him dealt with by the police in due time. Deportation is a coming. His posts were deleted of course (he would be lynched by the locals) however Trump fucked a lot of people. Also in Nigeria (Africa's America) someone poisoned themselves after his idiot statement. Many more will die.
it's my understanding that shortages were happening in 1st world countries where pharma controls some of these branded meds. Are generics available? I know 3rd worlders don't give a fuck about copyright protections in this fortunate regard, having learned from devastating pandemics themselves.
Trial finds that hydroxychloroquine is not effective for treating coronavirus On Saturday the Food and Drug Administration approved the use of two antimalarial drugs, hydroxychloroquine and a related medication, chloroquine, for emergency use to treat COVID-19. The drugs were touted by President Trump as a “game changer” for COVID-19. However, a study just published in a French medical journal provides new evidence that hydroxychloroquine does not appear to help the immune system clear the coronavirus from the body. The study comes on the heels of two others – one in France and one in China – that reported some benefits in the combination of hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin for COVID-19 patients who didn’t have severe symptoms of the virus. I am a medicinal chemist who has specialized in discovery and development of antiviral drugs for the past 30 years, and I have been actively working on coronaviruses for the past seven. I am among a number of researchers who are concerned that this drug has been given too much of a high priority before there is enough evidence to show it is indeed effective.
Chloroquinine was readily available as a generic as it is the old anti-malarial. You will of course know the difference with Hydroxychloroquine (Trump did not and confused the two) and this is way more expensive and not available as a generic here hence the Sanofi brand. I help with ordering (I pay for a lot) of drugs for the hospice and they at least never have issues with fake drugs though it is said there are many. I must say in my private life, never received a fake I was aware of, I'm careful to examine packaging though I may have missed some generic repackaged as a brand name. A box of 20 Chloroquine were 2500 pesos or a about 65 cents in USD. I think the Sanofi hydroxychloroquine was 160000 a box or 40 USD. Nothing in the States, a lot here for the average person to buy on a whim. The wife is currently at under 40 percent lung capacity due to a different issue. Tricky as she was on heavy immuno surpressants already before all of this which she has had to scale off and we don't know if that is a good idea. I check her breathing every morning now using a digital stethoscope though we are in very rigid isolation and will be for some time, maybe a year. I was going to help at the hospice but seems there is no need for now so staying put. I contacted the trumper Bogota expats guy with my friend (medical) and he offered to sell his boxes for 200 bucks each without being prompted, just asked where he got them. Hence he is totally fucked as breaking the hoarding law The bright side for those with arthritis etc. who need the hydrochloroquine is any who have made Facebook appeals have got free drugs from Americans with guilty consciences.
well, not saying anything about counterfeiting, more like the government labs end up producing the medication w/o caring for copyrights and/or under some forced licensing.
Not here really, Colombia is very much under the thumb of the US and while they could make something for the domestic (if they could) they could not export it. That may change thanks to Trump, China is making aggressive moves to buy the attention of the government and making a regional power play to take South America as they did with Russian to vanquish the EU's influence in Africa.
