That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard. It is China who manufactures medical equipment and medical supplies and ventilators which is why the US is struggling to fill demand in the US of the items needed by doctors and nurses. It does not help when politicians like Andrew Cuomo hide the ventilators and other medical equipment and medical supplies from the doctors and nurses who need it to score cheap political points. He was exposed recently, of hiding those ventilators when hospitals need it? He held a press conference where medical supplies and medical equipment were piled high to the ceiling behind him yet, he has not been delivering it to the hospitals who need it with extreme urgency?

    Lie.
January 7th was the day that China announced they discovered it was a coronavirus that had caused mystery illness in 40+ people.

It is pointing out the schizophrenic nature of Trump's failed administration. Sending medical supplies to China was a very good thing, and the U.S. at that moment should have began stockpiling the same for its own coming need which by February was very clear. Instead the administration, stacked with rank incompetence and acting appointments at the top throughout the federal agencies, slept until it was too late to get the needed level of supplies and testing ready for the onslaught of the virus that Trump thought would "just go away someday," and it will after it kills 1 million in the U.S. Now we are still way behind on the level of testing and supplies needed. Trump's management of this crisis has been nothing less than horrible.
