Trump Said Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’

  1. In case you’re not aware, a lot of shit befalls those people who cross Trump from his shit-eating base. So it is not something to be done lightly. What I’m hoping is that they give Trump enough time, and rope, to repeatedly deny it, and then come out blazing. That would be art.

    Not an argument

it's also been standard MO these last few yrs.....let the opposing party deny, then release more proof. Sources should wait until late October to remind people and for maximum damage. If they want him gone as CaptainObvious claims, why not be strategic about it?

There could be more info that's schedule to be release. Thus, they could be very strategic and its just the beginning and maximum damage is saved for later as in the last few weeks of October.

VoteVets.org has a new ad out on Sept 2nd and I suspect they will release more from this point until the elections.

  5. I don't know if he is done just by their stepping forward because there are known butthurters trying to even some scores.

But, yeh, identify them and we can go from there. If it is Kelly or Mattis well, then, the viewer can evaluate that and their motives, and they can explain why Bolton and others who were there contradict them.

And yes, we know that Cindy and Megan McCain are supporting Biden and are still looking to even scores in the feud between McCain and Trump and are bending arms in their circle to get people to pile on to the McCain issue again. Except, that has sort of been litigated and evaluated by the voters.

Two former senior Trump administration officials confirmed to Fox News that President Trump regularly disparaged veterans.

According to one former senior Trump administration official: “When the President spoke about the Vietnam War, he said, ‘It was a stupid war. Anyone who went was a sucker’.”

He added: “What’s in it for them? They don’t make any money.”

Explained the source: “It was a character flaw of the President. He could not understand why someone would die for their country, not worth it.”

-No Trump in America has ever served in the military; this spans 5 generations, and every branch of the family tree. In fact, Bavarian authorities accused his grandfather of emigrating to avoid fulfilling his military service, so he lost his Bavarian citizenship.

-Trump dodged the draft 5 times by having a doctor diagnose him with bone spurs (Trump was actually active with intramural sports in college). https://www.militarytimes.com/news/...or-presidents-medical-deferment-from-vietnam/

-For a decade, Trump sought to kick veterans off of Fifth Avenue because he found them unsightly nuisances outside of Trump Tower. “While disabled veterans should be given every opportunity to earn a living, is it fair to do so to the detriment of the city as a whole or its tax paying citizens and businesses?” - 1991

-Trump made his 2nd wife, Marla Maples, sign a prenup in 1993 that would have cut off all child support if Tiffany joined the military (reported on June 4th, 2019) https://www.newsweek.com/tiffany-tr...-donald-if-she-joined-military-prenup-1442203

-Trump compared having unprotected sex and avoiding STDs to his own “personal Vietnam” for which he should be awarded the “Congressional Medal of Honor” (1998) https://money.cnn.com/2016/10/14/media/trump-stern-vietnam-stds/index.html

-Trump said he doesn't consider POWs heroes because they were caught. He said he prefers people who were not caught (July 18, 2015)

-Trump said "I felt that I was in the military in the true sense because I dealt with those people" because he went to a military-style academy and that he has "more training militarily than a lot of the guys that go into the military". (2015 biography)

-Trump sent funds raised from a January 2016 veterans benefit to the Donald J Trump Foundation instead of veterans’ charities (the foundation has since been ordered shut because of fraud) (Jan, 2016)

-Trump attacks Gold Star families including Myeshia Johnson--gold star widow, Khan family--gold star parents, etc. (2016-present)

-Trump accepted a Purple Heart from a fan at one of his rallies and said: “I always wanted to get the Purple Heart. This was much easier.” (Aug 2, 2016)

-He said vets get PTSD because they aren't strong (Oct 3, 2016) (note: yes, he said it's 'because they aren't strong.' He didn't say it's 'because they're weak.' distinction is made by Snopes)

-He said he knows more about ISIS than American generals at a campaign rally (Oct 2016)

-He ordered the discharge of active-duty immigrant troops with good records (2017-present) https://www.armytimes.com/news/your-army/2018/10/12/army-expelled-500-immigrant-recruits-in-1-year/

-He blocked a veteran group on Twitter (June 2017)

-He sent commandos into an ambush due to a lack of intel, and sends contractors to pick them up, resulting in a commando being left behind, tortured, and executed. -Lied about North Korea cooperating on the return of the remains of U.S. troops. (June 2019) https://www.cnn.com/2019/06/25/politics/trump-north-korea-remains/index.html

-Trump changed the GI Bill through his Forever GI Act, causing the VA to miss veteran benefits, including housing allowances due to IT problems caused by the law. Results in many veterans running out of food and rent. “You can count on us to serve, but we can’t count on the VA to make a deadline,” one veteran said. (reported October 7, 2018) -https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...allowances-under-gi-bill-forcing-some-n917286

-Trump lied to deployed troops that he gave them a 10% raise. He didn't give them a 10% raise (Dec 26, 2018). He initially tried to give the military a raise that was lower than the standard living adjustment. This was before Congress told him that idea wasn't going to work. Then after giving them the raise that Congress made him, he lied about it pretending that it was larger than Obama's. It wasn't. https://www.militarytimes.com/news/...p-makes-false-claim-about-military-pay-again/

-Trump makes post revealing faces of Seal Team 5 on Twitter during his visit to Iraq; not a covert mission, but “make no mistake: Revealing the identities of SOF personnel is still bad news, even if they're not tasked with a real ‘covert’ mission. ’Even during special operation demonstrations for congressional delegations or for the president or vice president, personnel either have their faces covered or their face is digitally blurred prior to a release to the general public,’ as one DoD official told Newsweek. ‘I don't recall another time where special operation forces had to pose with their faces visible while serving in a war zone.’” (Dec 26, 2018) https://www.military.com/daily-news/2018/12/28/no-trump-didnt-reveal-covert-navy-seal-team-iraq.html
