Reminds the world what a horrible president he was and supports his ranking as the worst president ever.

44% of the hacking victims were IT companies including Microsoft. Trump should be smarter at IT than all of the CEOs, programmers, and software security experts at all of those companies.

    https://www.zdnet.com/article/microsoft-says-it-identified-40-victims-of-the-solarwinds-hack/

Microsoft President Brad Smith said his company is now in the process of notifying all the impacted organizations, 80% of which are located in the United States, with the rest being spread across seven other countries —namely Canada, Mexico, Belgium, Spain, the UK, Israel, and the UAE.

While the current list of known victims of the SolarWinds hack mostly includes US government agencies, Smith said the government sector is only a small portion of the victim list, with 44% being IT companies, such as software firms and equipment providers.

The government should just hire Dominion for software security. Dominion is the only unhackable software system in the world.

According to the following article, at least 32 federal agencies bought the Solarwinds' Orion software in 2006. So, the US government was using the software for 10 years before Trump was in office, but, the hack is all Trump's fault. That makes sense.

No blame should be put on the hackers, the nation state behind it, Solarwinds, or US cybercrime intelligence units. It is all Trump's fault. That is perfectly logical.

But, do you think that the US should be saluting the hackers like Clapper said to salute the hackers in 2015?

    Overnight

When the OPM was hacked in 2014, under OBAMA, it turned my life upside down for a while. It took me over a year to straighten it out with the IRS and Social Security Admin. Fucking identity-theft nightmare.

The lingering benefit is I now get free credit/identity monitoring for life, because of the government's FUBAR.

I think something similar may come of this latest attack for any victims affected by it. But it had NOTHING to do with Trump, just as the OPM attack of 2014 had nothing to do with Obama.

Do you think that Trump should code new anti-virus sofware in Java or C++?
