  3. Some truth in that.

I'm not a fan of EO's in general. Grants too much power to the Executive, even if only "temporary". (Good Grief... look at the harm Odumbo did with his "phone and a pen"!)

History back to George Washington times. Hard to poo-poo it now.

Will he end the rights of the reborn also? I've always been told I needed to be born again...

EOs are only available to enforce existing law. The President as the chief law enforcement officer in the nation, must have these available to use. Problem is, that noone put Hussein's feet to the fire and he got away with legislating from the oval office.

  8. Yes... and in many cases, exceeded Constitutional* authority. But they let him "get away with it" because he is (1) Democrap/Liberal/Lefty/Communist.. actively seeking to destroy America, and (2) part black.

*EO can "get away with almost anything"... until the SCOTUS tells him "NO" The "time lag" and its impact can be HUGE!

Look at it this way, it’s really not me you agree with but the law as stands today.

I’m not sure of the legal status of the parents in the case but I will reiterate this I do not dismiss the authority of the executive branch to regulate the 14th Amendment.

If Trump pushes this button it will be very interesting where it goes. Politically, this is his brand so he can push this 100 mph if he wants and if he gets stymied he can villianize the courts.

Obama was constantly being sued and so is Trump. You guys just have a tendency to cry over everything a democrat does. It’s pathetic.
