Democrats have always been the party of slavery, Jim Crow, and keeping blacks from being prosperous.

Uh. I’m not so sure we can grandfather in something deemed unconstitutional. Can you provide an example of the court doing this, perhaps tomorrow?

  8. I would be confident enough that many European countries simply changed to a system where the mother had to be in the country for a short period. I recall the discussions about African mothers arriving days before the baby dropped and hiding this from airline and ferry companies.

This was obviously dangerous for mother and child.

This argument could hold water but it is a rational safety policy not racist bait. Not by fucking tweet and not backed by the usual bullshit exaggeration and lies.

Dems, tell the fucker see you in court after the election and don't chase this laser pointer.

  9. I'm not the one blindly kissing Trump ass. That would be under your purview. Your apparent efforts at deflection suggest that you're conflicted. I would have thought that you would readily acknowledge your affinity to his hind quarters judging by your shameless posts praising his every fuck-up. Seems you are of two minds (neither of which amounts to much).

  10. Frankly I would not have a problem with the second amendment being revisited to take out some of the ambiguity. I'm not opposed to bringing the constitution into the 21st century. I know that sets me apart from many of my conservative friends, but many of our current day problems are the result of outdated ideology. This would take a congress that actually wanted to solve problems rather than exploit them on the never ending campaign trail. Ain't gonna' happen.
