I am indeed getting it. I'm using the dictionary definition of investigation, in the sense of its every day meaning. Even an inquiry is a type of investigation. Look it up in the dictionary. If nothing that seems illegal is found there will be no formal investigation. You are simply incorrect, however, about there being no formal investigations of the Clintons. There, in fact, were a number of formal investigations involving the Clinton's. And I gave you links to the Wiki descriptions of at least some of them. Try the Ken Starr investigation, or the FBI investigation of Hillary's server. What about the year long (was it two years?) formal inquiry into Benghazi. Although I claim it was nothing but a political circus for the purpose of allowing corrupt Republicans to grandstand and blame Hillary, it was at least officially a formal inquiry, i.e., "an investigation." You just going to sweep all the nonsense under the rug? The nonsense that cost hundreds of thousands of our hard earned tax payer dollars. And where are the Benghazi charges! I give you my personal guarantee there have already been plenty of credible charges against Trump (they are called "Counts" in an indictment), and there are fix'n to be more!
