Listen to Krupa's wonderful dynamic range! Young drummers and today's politicians could learn much from Krupa.

Hobbes recognized that the divine right of kings would no longer serve as a rationale for the power of the monarch. Too much social disorder and war had attended religion's history, and there was no sign that would change in the future.

There is a reason why more people vote in reality shows than in presidential elections.

it is much easier to be a fan locke. perhaps I think I am Locke (classical) liberal or a Locke libertarian. I will have to go back and read him to be sure. I know I was fascinated by his writings in college (and his pen name's writing - although there was tension between the two if I recall) I am pretty sure Jefferson was a big fan of Locke and I find myself gravitating towards Jefferson's positions.

It's just a big game show now. That's how many voters like it these days. I think it would be awesome if the debates were presented in the fashion of "the gong show", moderated by none other than Chuck Barris himself. :D

Below is an interview that took place between Mark Levin and Gary McDowell, author of "The Language of Laws and the Foundations of American Constitutionalism." They discuss the philosophies of Locke and Hobbes.

I hope they round up and deport the illegals. By force, if necessary. America isn't some whore to be used and abused. Nobody owes the Mexicans jack. Least of all, citizenship. They've parasitically fed off the generiousity of Americans for many decades now and have the audacity to call those racist who would deport their asses for breaking laws and being a drain on the system.

It's time to wear the pants and let the freeloaders know who runs this country. The illegals are a good start.

Trump isn't perfect. He's soft on the Constitution, and that deeply troubles me. However, he's the best we got, atm. Like Reagan said, take half the loaf, go back and ask for more.

But, this could actually turn into a great plus for the country.
I look at it like this...Obama did what he wanted with no regard for the law or the Constitution.
Since Trump and Obama are complete opposites, Trump can disregard the law and the Constitution and reverse all the communist bullshit Obama has put into play.
Could turn out really good and quick.
