How about the dictionary definition? I could live with that. I'm guessing that's the definition the Courts will use. I don't think it's a difficult word to understand.
Probably zero probability of that. There is a possibility that the Colorado decision that Trump is disqualified will be reversed. I expect, if it is, the vote will be either 6-3 or 5-4 depending on Roberts. If affirmed I don't know what the vote will be. Could be unanimous. 9-0. I am expecting them to affirm.
Where's the limit? Would congressmen need to be hanged for it to be considered an insurrection? If what happened in Jan6 is not invalidating, if Georgia or other states can't bar this clown for his "find me the votes" or "alternate electors" legislative clown coup attempts from their ballots, what good are state rights for?
Apparently we're going to need an actual insurrection so people can see the difference. Illegally removing Trump from the ballot might lead to that.
The Obama/Pelosi/Biden/Clinton/Cheney cabal that is trying to remove Trump is totally irresponsible. They cannot do at the ballot box, so they are trying other means.
Once again... this lawsuit to remove Trump from the ballot in Colorado as per the 14th Amendment Section 3 is a Civil lawsuit. It does not require a successful criminal prosecution to find Trump guilty of insurrection in order to have a finding in the Civil case that Trump is response of engaging in insurrection and should be removed from the ballot. In the same manner O.J. Simpson was found not guilty in a criminal trial of the two murders but was found responsible in a civil trial for the murders and required to pay huge damages. Long after the Civil War there have been numerous people running for office who have been removed from the ballot based on the 14th Amendment Section 3 for engaging in insurrection. None were ever convicted in criminal court. Most were removed for being socialists or communists. The MAGA crowd appears to have a fantasy that Biden will be removed from the ballot in Texas, Florida, etc. Not going to happen, there are no grounds for removing Biden. Biden did not engage in insurrection to overthrow democracy. Trump -- as outlined in the Colorado court transcript -- clearly did engage in insurrection to overthrow the government of our country.
The problem is that you have no point. This is a nationwide attempt by The Dems. It will fail and make Trump stronger. The Deep State is in big trouble here and they know it.
