you're a silly guy! You obviously have not read Nixon v. Fitzgerald, 457 U.S. 731 (1982). Wherein, were you to read it, you would find : (look for it around pg 749 of the Supreme Courts decision.) “Article II, § 1, of the Constitution provides that 'the executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States. . . .' This grant of authority establishes the President as the chief constitutional officer of the Executive Branch" By the way this is a fascinating decision of the Court and it thoroughly addresses the question of whether the President has absolute immunity for anything he does while in office. He doesn't. There is no reason, other than perhaps the irresistible human urge to grandstand whenever given an opportunity, for the Court to revisit this issue. Accordingly they should summarily reject Trumps appeal on the question of immunity, and simply stand on the DC Circuit opinion, which we are awaiting, while referring to Nixon v. Fitzgerald.
You have nothing to do with your life other than to wait for my posts? Read Nixon v. Fitzgerald. We are all trying to help you keep from looking like a fool, but somehow you manage to insist.
I have very mixed feelings about this post. It is way more detail than I wanted, or ever could have imagined, and still somehow I very much appreciate your posting this. I have long guessed the President is on amphetamine or cocaine, with nothing to support my conjecture other than my observation of his sleep habits. My conjecture is now supported by this "Diaper Don" account that appears to be direct testimony by a witness. What's inconsistent with my observation, however, is the President's weight. All those I've known who were habitually on amphetamine or cocaine were slender, some to the point of emaciation. Does this new information suggest that CNS stimulants' suppression of appetite can be over come with a steady diet of fast food featuring sugar and fat?
