No sane president would allow the crazy left to destroy himself or his family.
And you know damn well the left would do it on fake charges if they can.

In short if Trump is guilty he would be insane not to pardon himself. Personally I doubt the Supreme Court would overturn his pardon. and, If I were Trump I would pardon myself just to safe even if I were not guilty.

And if his guilty he will just pull a lois lerner... and take the fifth. Why would he testify without immunity if he were guilty. If he is guilty his lawyers won't let him testify for Mueller.

And you really did not give any support for the statute of limitations being tolled.
I would like to see some case law on that idea.

Really piezoe... you need to stop pretending you can write lucidly about the law.

By the way where are the indicators that give a high probability he has a tax fraud problem.
Its not illegal to sells condos for cash.

So in short everything you wrote is speculative crap.

It may turn out he has a tax problem.
It may turn out he illegally colluded with the Russians.
But you just wrote a bunch of detritus.

Oh, it wouldn't be the Supreme Court that overturned his pardon of himself. (At least not initially.) Well I guess 'overturned' is not quite the right word here. :D

The fact that you know the terminology tells me you know everything you need to know to understand why it would be 'tolled'.

I don't know that being President would toll the statute of limitations.
I could make the prosecutors argument, I could make the defenses argument...
As a judge... I would look to precedent and weigh the public policy.

As of now I think I would only toll capital offences. But, my mind could be changed. I think many judges would approach the question in a similar manner if they were not partisan hacks.
