Agreed. So... I think the 10th amendment exists for a reason. The reason being that the Federal government has limited and enumerated powers. Arms are indeed mentioned in the constitution (ok, Bill of rights but won't split hairs here) and so there's more meat on that bone to pick over. Nonetheless, IDK about an AR, but IMHO you should be able to go to your local Walmart and buy a rifle, shotgun, or peashooter without a huge hassle. Don't shoot your eye out kid!
