It's based on the House being taken over by Democrats next January. If that doesn't happen than it is unlikely he'll be impeached. If it does happen the, odds of impeachment go way up.

I was talking to a guy last night in my neighborhood bar. I said if Trump gets convicted by the Senate we will have what's-his-name as President , and we might regret that. Then we'll have to deal with the "second coming" in the Oval Office. Pence (is that his name?) might just decide to speed up his own arrival at the Rapture with a couple fusion bombs. I suggested Pence would probably pardon Trump, a'la Gerry Ford. My buddy said he didn't think so. He thought Pence was too much of a straight shooter to pardon Il Duce. Although the idea of watching the next inauguration from behind bars on a jailhouse TV, you would think, should terrify any sane President who has survived the near certainty of financial ruin by laundering Russian Oligarch Money, it won't concern Trump. Still dont think they would have numbers to impeach but also as someone has brought up, so far there is no definitive charge to draw the articles of impeachment. I think those that dislike him should put impeachment aside and focus on bigger issues within to address.
