I bet there won't be any boo's tomorrow in good ol' Tuscaloosa.

Oh man... I just read they are bringing that Baby Trump balloon. I'll tell ya what... they're gonna need a safe-space and a bunch of cops for that. Not a good idea really.... hopefully they'll be kept well away from the stadium. Alcohol can make people do some pretty stupid things anywhere, but especially so in Trump country on game day. The last thing Trump needs is a "good people on both sides" brawl.

GIANT 'BABY TRUMP' BALLOON KNIFED BY ALABAMA SUPPORTER AS PRESIDENT RECEIVES LOUD CHEERS AT FOOTBALL GAME

A giant "Baby Trump" protest balloon, which has been following President Donald Trump around the world for over a year, was knifed by one of his supporters in Alabama on Saturday during his trip to the state. The incident occurred as Trump received loud cheers and applause from college football fans at Bryrant-Denny Stadium as the University of Alabama faced off against Louisiana State University.

The over 20-foot-tall balloon was flying in the skies at a nearby park during Trump's visit to watch the game when an unnamed man stabbed it with a knife and left a 8-foot-long gash, according to Associated Press. Jim Girvan, who leads a group that "adopts" out the balloons for various protests, confirmed that the suspect was apprehended by authorities and taken into custody.

Newsweek reached out to the Tuscaloosa Police Department for comment but did not receive a response in time for publication.

"Alabama had not lost a home game in four years, winning 31 straight. Then Trump came, and they cheered him, and they lost."

I'm just amused this is now getting more media attention than how Trump was cheered

Alabama continues to back President Trump.

For the fifth consecutive month,Trump’s approval rating in Alabama is higher than anywhere else in the country. The new poll by Morning Consult shows 59 percent of Alabamians approve of the job the president is doing compared to 37 who do not, for a net approval of 22 points. That puts Trump’s net approval in Alabama at the highest in the country, followed by Mississippi (21 points); Idaho (20 points); and West Virginia (20 points).

The president’s approval numbers in Alabama have dropped since his election, however, decreasing by 14 percentage points since the poll taken just after his election.

I hope he goes to the Auburn game too then; I'd love to see Saban lose 2 in the regular season.

Have they started a go fund me page yet to restore Baby Trump?

have you seen the price of duct tape lately? Shit's expensive

Mr. Hutchinson was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, the police said. He was taken to Tuscaloosa County Jail, posted $2,500 bond and watched the game’s third quarter, The Tuscaloosa News reported. (Louisiana State won, 46-41.)

Mr. Hutchinson set up a GoFundMe account, “Restitutions for Baby Trump Stabber,” to raise money for his legal fees.

“Hoyt made sure our beloved president didn’t have to see this disrespectful balloon on the streets of Ttown today!!” the page says. As of Sunday morning, more than $20,000 had been donated. Mr. Hutchinson could not be immediately reached on Sunday.
