You guys and your useless polls. Approval ratings mean nothing. The country by in large did not like Nixon. I know, I was actually there. No, the level of actual hate for him was not the same as it is for Trump, but none the less most people did not like him. They held their noses and voted. They did so because they saw him as the lesser of two evils. That same scenario is playing out today and while both sides have the same argument, our guy is the lesser of these evils, the one side, democrats, are now telling us that we must not only accept the violence and destruction, we deserve it. That and that alone makes this a single issue election, nothing else matters. If you, as the representative of the government are refusing to do the number one job which is to protect the lives and livelihoods of the citizens you represent, then everything else is irrelevant.
