a very very very large citrus land south of orlando was auction off in oct 2022, my partnership bought a relatively small parcel near the county road, hope to get the zoning change to build a strip mall and some mobile/condo/home lots. other bidders have much much bigger development plans.
Chips are massively expensive. I'm seeing wise potato chips the 7.5 OZ bags going for nearly $4.50!!!!!!! For 7.5 OZ. It's not even a quality chip!
The guy who bought up the avocados and citrus near me is a Middle Eastern billionaire. Recently he’s put up several hundred million for sale. I know Florida was getting hammered by Huanglongbing, I wonder if the grower tired of the hassle or the kids don’t want to farm?
