  1. Hello Volpri,

How are you doing lately? I appreciate all your help.

I do not know anything about US Native Americans and what America owes them.

80% of my conversations about stuff in America is with black people and we do not care about Politics.

Black people, I know, do not care about Politics, waste of time. I never voted before for any President. No-one in my family votes, waste of time. We just want to be rich and not poor and stay out of jail and have a nice fun life.

I just participate with you guys/gals for fun . But black people can careless about politics.

Once America gives us reparation, then we may care about Politics.

Politics, a bunch rich people trying to get richer.

China doesn’t want to give Walmart discounts

China’s government gave Walmart the corporate equivalent of a “come to the principal’s office” after the retailer asked local suppliers for discounts to offset President Trump’s tariffs. Chinese Commerce Ministry officials grilled Walmart executives on the issue in person this week, the government-backed social media account Yuyuantantian reported yesterday.

    Walmart’s pickle
The made-in-China emporium is particularly vulnerable to the 10% duty on Chinese imports levied last month by Trump, who later raised it to 20%:

    • Walmart pushed its Chinese suppliers to discount products like kitchenware and clothes by as much as 10% per tariff round, Bloomberg reported.
    • But most wholesalers reportedly aren’t budging due to their margins already being paper-thin.
Yuyuantantian said that Walmart risks disrupting global supply chains and breaching contracts by trying to shift the burden of tariffs onto its Chinese partners. More ominously, it warned the company that it might face consequences beyond merely getting chewed out by officials.

This puts Walmart between two fires: the profit-squeezing US tariffs and the potential ire of a country that is both a source of cheap inventory and a growing market. Walmart’s China revenue rose by 28% YOY last quarter.

China is already targeting American brands. It recently placed Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger owner PVH on a list of companies that can be hit with sanctions, and banned biotech company Illumina from doing business within its borders.—SK

You seem a little giddy about it. Why don't you move to China. It is a little bigger than Cuba you know.

I do? Can you point me to where I am "a little giddy about it" in that post?

You seem a little defensive about something that is not there. I guess real news does that to you.

The best argument between capitalism and communism is that you don't see piles of folks getting on a raft to risk life and limb to arrive on a communist beach.

While I do subscribe to 'equal opportunity' vs 'equal outcome', most of societies ills can be traced back to the elimination of the progressive tax on the ultra wealthy.

Have you ever thought, the reason Blacks don't vote is because the government doesn't encourage you guys to vote, they only encourage Whitey?

  10. Good Evening themickey,

Black people (that I know) do not vote because there is no reason for us to vote.

I been America all my life, and I never once voted, neither has anyone in my entire family/friends voted. It is a waste of time and no benefit to us.

I certainly do not care or will ever care what America does. I just want to get rich so I can enjoy the great life in America or in the world.

I will consider voting once America pay me reparation for +500 years of free slavery. Until then, best to keep my gas money to myself and keep on clicking ES futures chart.

I understand why white people vote, and it makes sense. It is white people America country, so its best they vote. They will be fine.
