“Like everything else he inherited, he ran it straight into the ground.”

    — Sen. Kamala Harris, quoted by the New York Times, on President Trump taking office after the longest economic expansion in U.S. history.

  2. This shows everything is wrong about democracy in this country. All you have to do is nominating a candidate based on their identity and you will win the left's votes. Joe knows how to play the game, and he knows the left votes based on identity, not based on competence.

Yea, just like the old white dude nominated by Republicans every damn time but that's not identity politics at all, it's only the left that plays identity politics because they involve other races and ethnicities which is of course is bad in your book.

  4. Well, I am not surprised since this is coming from a left winger. You failed to see that it is clear that the left is playing identity politics. The right does not elect a candidate because he is white. Donald Trump is not elected because he is an old white male, but because people are tired of politicians like Hillary, and also possibly elected for his competence.

Republicans have other races in their party too. If you look back at street interviews in 2016, many women said they are going to vote for Hillary just because she is a woman. You don't see street interviews where men voting for Donald Trump because he is a man.

This is the kind of tripe I expect from a right winger, the right CANNOT and HAS NOT elected a candidate other than a old white dude but you are whining about the left because they got diversity that reflects the actual country.

a lot of people voted for Trump because Hillary is a woman. A lot of people voted for trump because the last president was black.

According to a selection of posters on here, it appears that the main concern they have concerning Biden's VP candidate is that she's a women of mixed ethnicity. In fact, they are debating her background because it confuses them and angers them that such a person would dare be successful in the US. You know, an American who doesn't look like them and has different body parts. When confronted with the racist or gender related aspects of their posts, they get defensive and try to blame the messenger.

I don't see any evidence Trump is a competent leader. If you truly were genuine in your beliefs, you'd want Trump out of office based on very objective measures.

Democrats loved to come to Trump Towers when Donald Trump has not run for President of the United States. The same blacks like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton also, visited Trump Towers to ask for monies. They also, tell us that Donald Trump is an awesome guy and they actually, gave him numerous awards. Let us get that clear, they come to Donald Trump to ask for monies. Now, he is suddenly, a racist from these same opportunistic extreme liberals who took his monies? Let that sink in, ET trolls. Kamala Harris is not even black and she is a mix of Indian and Jamaican/White which is her father. So, she is more Asian and white yet, they keep calling her a black woman? Several black women on Twitter have already called them out on it and yet, they continue to lie about her ethnicity for political purposes.
