Trump "won" the debate in the sense of votes. Trump did not convince any new supporters, but reinforced the urgency of all of his supporters to not relax but get out and vote. Trump also put a few nicks on Biden. Biden denounced the Green New Deal, claimed he was the head of Democrat Party. These hiccups may give few on the more radical side of his supporters some cause for a pause. Trump should have gained votes and Biden should have lost some votes based on the debate.
